It's been a year today that you left,
but it feels like yesterday you were here.
Things have never been the same since you left,
but all that matter is you are happy where you are.
I know you are happy; I can feel it.
I know you are watching over me; I can feel that too.
You will never be forgotten Nan, and you know it.
I am doing well, but I miss you.
I will see you, Grandad and Nicole in many many years to come,
